Print [2]5 Ingredient Maple Walnut Salmon
- Yield: 2 servings 1x
Ingredients
2 salmon filets
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp dijon
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
about 2/3 cups chopped walnuts
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Season the salmon filets with salt and pepper.
In an air-tight container with a lid or a zip-block bag add the seasoned salmon, worcestershire sauce, dijon, and maple syrup. Refrigerate and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
When salmon is done marinating, pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with foil.
Add your walnuts to a skillet over medium heat and saute for about 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add salmon filets to the baking sheet lined with foil. Top the sauteed walnuts on the salmon filets by firmly patting them down. Some will fall off but you can just spoon them on when it’s done baking.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until cooked through/to your liking.
