Sheet pan Asian BBQ salmon and brussels sprouts for two. This easy week-night dinner is perfectly portioned meal for two people!
I love myself a good salmon recipe. Butcher Box [3]salmon is my go-to. It’s wild Alaskan sock-eye and tastes amazing. Baking is always the method I choose when it comes to cooking salmon. It’s easy and comes out so flakey and delicious.
This meal is the perfect healthy week-night dinner for two! It takes a short amount of time to prep and cook. Also, since it’s all thrown onto a sheet pan the dishes are minimal! The dishes can be the most daunting part of cooking. That’s where sheet pan meals come to the rescue.
What you will need for this recipe:
- Two salmon filets
- Brussels sprouts
- Your favorite BBQ sauce
- Coconut aminos or soy sauce
- Rice vinegar
- Ginger paste or ground ginger
- Olive oil, salt and pepper
This Asian BBQ sauce is so simple. But, it brings so much flavor to whatever dish you add it to. Smothering the Brussels sprouts and salmon in it was definitely an amazing idea. I use a pretty basic BBQ sauce. However, if you’re looking for a healthier option I recommend Primal Kitchen [4]. They’re BBQ sauce is unsweetened. The coconut aminos are a little sweet so you will still get the sweetness from that ingredient. For the coconut aminos, I always use Trader Joe’s. You can also use soy sauce instead of the coconut aminos.

I hope you find this Asian BBQ salmon and Brussels sprouts for two easy and delicious enough to add to your week-night menu!
