Everything BLT salad – all of the flavors of a delicious BLT sandwich in salad form. With the addition of “everything but the bagel” seasoning!
This salad is so easy to throw together! It makes for the perfect lunch or even a quick dinner. You get lots of protein from the turkey bacon and hard boiled eggs. But, you can add chicken if you want it extra filling and protein packed.
What you need for this salad recipe:
Butter or romaine lettuce
Halved cherry tomatoes
A ripe avocado
Turkey bacon (or regular bacon if you prefer it!)
Hard boiled eggs
“Everything but the bagel” seasoning
Your favorite ranch dressing
How easy is that?! I love using Trader Joe’s peppered uncured turkey bacon. However, you can use whatever bacon you like. Applewood bacon would be great too. For ranch I love using Sir Kensington’s! I find it at Whole Foods and sometimes Target.

14 oz. chopped butter lettuce, chopped romaine will also work
2–3 strips of turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 hard boiled eggs, quartered
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, cut into small chunks
1 tbsp chives, sliced
crumbled gorgonzola to taste
2 tbsp ranch dressing, or more/less to taste
1/2 tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning, or more/less to taste
Mix your ranch dressing with the everything seasoning and set aside.
Assemble your salad by combining the butter lettuce, turkey bacon, tomatoes, egg, chives, gorgonzola and avocado in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately!
