Classic deviled eggs topped with “everything but the bagel seasoning” and wild caught smoked salmon makes for the perfect Easter brunch appetizer!
This super simple and easy recipe is full of flavor! These are the perfect way to spice up your traditional deviled egg recipe. I’m always looking for new ways to use my Trader Joe’s “everything but the bagel seasoning” and this is definitely a new favorite!
I know not everyone is big into smoked salmon (my husband is obsessed though!) so feel free to leave that part out. They’ll still be super full of flavor.

6 hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp avocado oil mayo or mayo of choice
1 tbsp dijon
1/4 tsp paprika
everything but the bagel seasoning, to taste
2 oz. smoked salmon cut into tiny strips
Half your eggs lengthwise and carefully remove to yolks (I use a tiny spoon) and add them to a bowl with mayo, dijon and paprika.
Mash the yolks, mayo, dijon and paprika with a fork (or mixer) until well blended and smooth. Carefully spoon the mixture (or use a pipe bag) into the eggs where the yolk’s were.
Top each egg with a piece of smoked salmon and sprinkle with everything seasoning.
Serve and enjoy!
