This healthier paloma is made with fresh ingredients and is refined sugar free!
Do you ever feel like you have to choose between a healthy lifestyle and drinking alcohol? I used to, until I started making my own drinks at home with healthier ingredients. Even when I go out now, I know what to stay away from. Sour mix, sugary juices, simple syrup.. it’s all loaded with sugar and gives the worst hangover. My go-to drink when I’m out is either a glass of red wine or silver tequila with club soda, tons of lime and jalapeno. It’s basically a spicy margarita without all the sugary fake stuff.
These homemade healthy palomas are so easy to make! They’re made with just a few clean ingredients and are so refreshing!
I used Spindrift [3] grapefruit sparkling water in these cocktails and it added the perfect amount of sweetness. The ingredients are also super clean/no added sugar! You can find Spindrift at Trader Joe’s, Target, Whole Foods, and I believe Costco! I love sipping on them and adding them in cocktails. You could also use plain club soda or a different grapefruit flavored sparkling water.
