The peppermint mocha lattes from Starbuck’s used to be my favorite thing ever this time of year. That was until I realized there was FIFTY FOUR grams of sugar in a grande. I’m not trying to have a caffeine plus sugar crash. My homemade peppermint mocha latte using Boyer’s Mash- Up coffee has much more clean ingredients and will give you more sustainable energy. And most importantly, it’s delicious.
I’ve been using my french-press to make coffee a lot more because I can make it as strong as I want, and it tastes so much more rich. This year I’m gifting a lot of french presses (to my fellow coffee lover friends & family) and a few bags of Boyer’s Mash-Up coffee. My favorite is the Sumatra & Peru, it’s the perfect balance of bold and chocolatey.. which is why I used it in my peppermint mocha coffee recipe! Coffee is always a great low-budget gift option.. perfect for secret santa or those little gifts just to let someone know you care!
Mash-up coffee goes above and beyond your typical store bought coffee, it’s more like a “barista in a bag” with it’s rich and bold flavors.
