Honey Pear Sage Margaritas

Honey pear sage margaritas with a cinnamon brown sugar rim – these cocktails have all the delicious and cozy flavors of fall!

Honey Pear Sage Margaritas - Dash Of Mandi

I combined my two favorite things, fall and margaritas. I wanted to create a new festive cocktail, specifically for Thanksgiving. But, I didn’t want to use apple or pumpkin spice flavors. There’s enough of those drinks already out there! However, I love almost every single one I’ve ever tried. Pear is such an underrated fall flavor. Mixed with sage and you have a match made in heaven.

These drinks are refreshing but cozy at the same time. Definitely don’t skip out on the cinnamon rim, it seriously ties everything together so nicely. Also, it looks so pretty!

Pear & Sage Margaritas

I used 100% pear juice for this recipe. Your basic grocery store should have this. I got mine at HEB in the juice aisle.

Honey Pear Sage Margaritas

Ingredients

Scale

35 oz of silver tequila
20 oz. (2.5 cups) 100% pear juice
1 tbsp honey
68 sage leaves
ice
3 thin pear slices, optional
3 cinnamon sticks, optional
round cinnamon & brown sugar for the rim

Instructions

First make your cinnamon rim by rubbing a little bit of honey on each glass. Add some cinnamon and brown sugar to a plate or cutting board and carefully dip your glasses into the cinnamon so it evenly coats the rim of the glass.

Muddle 1-2 sage leaves in each cup then add ice.

In a shaker combine the tequila, pear juice and honey. Shake it up and evenly pour in each glass.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick in each glass and slice of pear (if you’d like) and enjoy!
