This hot honey salmon sheet pan meal with broccoli for two checks all the week-night dinner boxes. It’s healthy, easy and filled with flavor!
Who doesn’t love a good sheet pan meal? They’re my favorite when it comes to simple and quick dinners. They’re easy to throw together and even easier to clean up. The dishes after dinner is typically half the battle when it comes to making a meal. However, sometimes you just want to put dinner on the table without relying on take-out multiple nights a week. That’s when sheet pan meals come to the rescue!
Salmon is the perfect protein for a sheet pan meal. It always comes out great in the oven. All it needs is about 12-14 minutes and it’ll be cooked to flakey perfection. I have a few salmon sheet pan meals for two on my blog because of this reason.

Trader Joe’s new hot honey is the star of this recipe! I made sure to stock up on this stuff when I saw it in the store. I’m hoping they don’t make this a seasonal product because there are so many fun ways to cook with hot honey. However, if they do you can still make this meal! I’ve heard great things about Mike’s [7]hot [8] honey [8]. Also, you can always make your own. This homemade recipe [9] looks delicious and easy enough.
What you need for this recipe:
- 2 salmon filets, I love getting mine from Butcher Box [10]
- Hot honey, I got mine at Trader Joe’s but you can order some online here [7]
- Garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper
- Broccoli florets
I hope you enjoy this simple hot honey salmon sheet pan meal! You can serve it with rice, quinoa or cauliflower rice to make it a more filling meal.
