Everything can be found at Trader Joe’s. Their pollo asada from the meat section is so delicious! You can either bake it or grill it. I baked mine at about 400 degrees F for 25 minutes. It came out great. However, you can never go wrong with grilling this time of year.
What you’ll need for this recipe:
One pollo asada, romaine lettuce, 1 bag of frozen fire roasted bell peppers and onions, green goddess dressing, avocado, shredded pepper jack cheese, and cilantro. Jalapeño slices are optional!
