Clean Greek Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. hummus I used plain
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 english cucumber diced
  • 1 cup diced cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup low-fat feta crumbled cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives of choice
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • parsley chopped - for topping
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine greek yogurt, garlic powder, lemon juice, onion powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

  2. Spread hummus in a single layer in an 8x8 dish, then the greek yogurt mixture. Then top with cucumber, olive, tomatoes, peppers, and feta. Top with fresh chopped parsley. 

  3. Enjoy with pita chips!
