No-bake almond blueberry pie energy balls!
These energy balls are the perfect snack to have prepped in your fridge. I always grab one or two when I need just a little something before a work-out or a mid-day snack. I love having prepped healthy options like these balls.Print 
1/2 cup dried blueberries
6 pitted medjool dates (about 1/2 a cup)
1 cup raw almonds
1 tbsp creamy almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp water
Add all your ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.
Roll into balls and store in the fridge.
