Cheesy and delicious pepperoncini popper dip makes for the perfect game day app served with some crackers, pretzels or veggies!

Pepperoncini Popper Dip
Ingredients
2 (8 oz) blocks of cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup mayo
2 tbsp juice from a jar of pepperoncini peppers
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
pinch of salt and pepper
1 & 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
6 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
1/2– 3/4 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
3 tbsp melted butter
3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
crackers, chips, pretzels or chopped veggies for serving
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium mixing bowl combine cream cheese, mayo, pepperoncini juice, and seasonings. Mix together until smooth by hand or using a hand mixer.
Fold in 1 cup shredded cheddar, 1/2 a cup shredded mozzarella cheese, most of the chopped bacon (reserving a little bit for topping) and most of the sliced pepperoncinis (reserving just a little for topping as well)
Mix well then transfer to a round baking dish.
In a small mixing bowl combine melted butter and breadcrumbs. Evenly top over the dip. Add sliced pepperoncinis on top.
Bake for about 25 minutes uncovered.
Top with the rest of the chopped bacon.
