My cookbook “The Tex-Mex Table” is now available for pre-order!
It has 60 recipes inspired by the Lone Star state. It’s the perfect blend of Tex-Mex classics along with recipes with my creative spin on them. Most importantly, they are all easy and packed with bold flavor. Everything from a range of tacos, unique enchiladas, nachos, queso, dips, margaritas.. the list goes on!
I worked so hard on this cookbook and I am so excited to finally share these recipes with you! The food in Texas means a lot to me. When I first moved to Austin, I was incredibly homesick. The one thing that always cheered me up was the food scene here. I mean, it’s pretty hard to be sad when surrounded with tacos and margaritas. And the best ones at that. When family and friends visit we hit as many of our favorite spots as possible. Food is a big deal here and I love it. Texas puts so much love into their dishes and I hope this cookbook shows you that! This book is great for Texans who want to recreate their favorite Tex-Mex recipes from anywhere in the world, but non-Texans will enjoy them, too.
