Crispy sesame brussels sprouts & sriracha aioli! A delicious snack or side dish that can be done in the air fryer or oven!
Fun fact: Brussels sprouts are my favorite vegetable. They’re so good when they’re all crispy. Also, even better when they’re paired with a delicious dipping sauce. Who knew Brussels sprouts made a good dippy food? My crispy brussels sprouts with a dijon aioli [3] did so well (my most popular recipe by far) that I decided to make another version of them.
These crispy sesame Brussels sprouts & sriracha aioli make a great alternative. I’m loving the Asian flavors in them! They’re the perfect appetizer, veggie side with dinner, or game day snack. Basically any situation where finger food is present, these belong on the table.
I feel like brussels sprouts recently got a huge glow up. I see them on every restaurant menu (not mad about it) and they’re exploding on my Pinterest [4] feed. However, as a kid you couldn’t pay me to eat them. In other words, times have really changed.

Also, I have a few more brussels sprout recipes up my sleeve this fall/winter. I need to try to re-create the ones I had at Jack Allen’s Kitchen [9]a few weeks ago. So, if you’re ever in Austin, you must go to this restaurant. Because it’s our favorite. But, anyway.. the brussels were phenomenal. They were in like an Asian chili sticky sauce with pork belly and a green goddess dipping sauce. It sounds kind of random, but dang it worked. It was a special so now I’m just patiently waiting for them to have it again.
So, more about about this recipe!! First of all, you can make the brussels sprouts in the oven or air fryer. It’s amazing because this portion of the recipe is only FOUR ingredients. The brussels, toasted sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Then the sriracha aioli is crazy simple. Next just combine some mayo (I’m loving avocado oil mayo right now), sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
I like air frying the them. Probably because it takes much less time and I can get them super crispy. However, the air fryer and oven method are both below!

Sriracha aioli
1/3 cup + 1 tbsp mayo

To make the aioli just combine all the ingredients, cover and chill until ready to use.
