Balsamic Cranberry Brussel Sprouts

These brussel sprouts taste like candy!

I have a serious obsession with brussel sprouts! I’ve been messing around with a few recipes this season. I’ve tried sriracha honey brussel sprouts (recipe is on my instagram @dashofmandi), maple brussel sprouts, and honey mustard brussel sprouts. But, I think this balsamic cranberry recipe might be my favorite. It’s only five ingredients, and the perfect side for the holidays!

Balsamic Cranberry Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. brussel sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Mix your halved brussel sprouts in a bowl with the olive oil. Pour on a baking sheet, and make sure they are in a single layer, then bake for 30-33 minutes.

  3. Around half-way through the brussel sprouts bake time, start your balsamic sauce. In a sauce pan combine the balsamic vinegar and honey. Whisk together then bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and let the sauce thicken for about 15 minutes.

  4. Once brussel sprouts are done baking, drizzle the balsamic glaze over them, add the dried cranberries and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
