Comforting and lazy wonton soup using Trader Joe’s frozen chicken wontons, miso ginger broth, rice vinegar, sriracha, shredded carrots and green onion!
This incredibly easy wonton soup is something I eat regularly! It’s hearty, filling, and packed with a ton of flavor. I love how comforting it is this time of year!
I’d consider this one of my “Trader Joe’s [3]” dinners because all of the ingredients can be found there and it’s so SIMPLE. This meal comes together in minutes. You could also add some extra veggies. Sometimes I sauté some shiitake mushrooms and throw them in as well.
The sriracha is totally optional and to taste. However, personally I love spicy so I do a little extra. I like throwing in the rice vinegar because it adds a tangy flavor. Almost like hot & sour soup.
