Trader Joe’s [3] never ceases to amaze me. I’ve been a huge fan of their frozen cauliflower gnocchi for the longest time now. Click here [4]for my blog post for all things cauliflower gnocchi! However, this frozen sweet potato gnocchi is also phenomenal – and absolutely perfect for fall!
I love this gnocchi on it’s own, but I wanted to make a balanced dinner with it. In addition to the sweet potato gnocchi, I paired it with brussel sprouts and chicken apple sausage. As a result, this dinner is heavenly.
Do I have to use sweet potato gnocchi in this recipe? What if I don’t have a Trader Joe’s near me?
I love how much the sweet potato gnocchi makes this dish just scream fall, but any brand of gnocchi will work here. As I mentioned, I love Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi and it would make a great low carb option.
Can I make this Sheet Pan Gnocchi Meal vegetarian?
If you want this meal to be meatless, just the brussel sprouts and gnocchi would be good too!
You really love Trader Joe’s, huh? Any tips for navigating the store? It is always so overwhelming!
So many people tell me they find the store very overwhelming so I figured this post sharing all of my current Trader Joe’s favorites [5] might help you navigate it better. There is definitely so much going on in there with all the new products flowing in constantly. But, once you figure out what’s good it becomes much more enjoyable!
Some of my other fall favorites at the moment from Trader Joe’s are pumpkin butter (it’s seriously SO amazing), pumpkin cranberry crisps, pumpkin butternut squash bisque, maple pecan cookie mix (top with pumpkin butter and thank me later), and apple cider jam. I could go nuts in there, and I feel like every time I go in (which is a lot) there’s always a new product!
