Blueberry & Goat Cheese Naan Flatbread - Dash Of Mandi

One of my new favorite things to make is naan flatbreads! I get them at Trader Joe’s. I usually get the fresh ones in the bread section. However, they also have a frozen garlic naan. It is so delicious! Click here [3] for my chicken tikka masala naan flatbread. It’s such an easy and delicious dinner.

What you need for this recipe:

Naan

Goat cheese

Fresh blueberries

Honey, I used Manuka honey [4]

Olive oil

Arugula

You can slice these up in small pieces and serve them as an appetizer or snack. Or you could even eat them for dinner. We eat them as a meal paired with a salad usually. The flavor combination is heavenly. You also can’t beat how quick and easy they are to throw together.

I’m all for the minimal ingredient recipes. This blueberry & goat cheese naan flatbread is definitely one of my favorites. The drizzle of honey on top really ties everything together so nicely. I used Manuka honey. However, feel free to use any kind of honey! Mānuka honey is a special honey made in New Zealand from the nectar of the mānuka tree.
