Chicken Tikka Masala Flatbread

Say hello to your new favorite easy dinner! I am seriously obsessed with this recipe. The flavors and textures are simply amazing. Also, it’s minimal ingredients. Which is something I think we’re all looking for in a recipe right now.

What you’ll need for this recipe

Chicken breast, Trader Joe’s masala simmer sauce (or your favorite tikka masala sauce), naan (I got tandoori garlic naan from Trader Joe’s), shredded mozzarella, olive or avocado oil, and chopped cilantro.

This chicken tikka masala naan flatbread is perfect for easy weeknight dinners or a quick and satisfying lunch! All you have to do is cut the chicken into bite size pieces. Season them with a little salt and pepper. Then add some oil to a skillet and cook the chicken until it’s golden and cooked through. Next, you just need to add the tikka simmer sauce and let everything simmer on low for about 5-7 minutes.

Once you’re done those steps you will top your naan flatbreads with the sauce and chicken. Then sprinkle on the cheese. Bake at 375 degrees F for 12-14 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the naan is crisped to your liking. Top with some fresh chopped cilantro and cut into pieces. Then enjoy 😋 it’s so yummy and filling.

Pro tip: if you need to re-heat some of the slices. If you have an air fryer, I recommend re-heating in there. It’s quick and efficient. I just lay mine in a single layer and air fry at 380 for 5-8 minutes or until they’re hot and melty.

I hope everyone stays safe, sane and healthy. Let me know if you have any recipe requests in the comments! I’d love to hear from you.
