1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp mayo
1 tsp dijon
1/2 tsp salt
pinch of black pepper

1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
1 tbsp minced shallot
squeeze of lemon juice

1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

First make the sauce by combining all of the ingredients. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Add the cubed salmon, mayo, dijon, seasonings, dill, shallot and lemon juice to a food processor.

Pulse a few times, scraping the sides in between pulses. You don’t to over process it, the mixture should still have some texture to it.

Transfer this mixture to a medium mixing bowl and add the breadcrumbs. Mix to combine.

Divide the mixture into 4 burgers. Place on a parchment paper lined cutting board or baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the salmon burgers and cook for 3-4 minutes per side. They should be golden on each side.

Serve on a brioche buns with lettuce, tomato, avocado and spicy tartar sauce. Enjoy!
