“Everything but the bagel” yogurt ranch dip with all the veggies!
When it comes to summertime BBQ/party snacks, I’m all about convenience. The more things I can make that don’t require an oven or stove.. the better!
This veggie platter with an “everything” greek yogurt ranch is so satisfying. You can pair it with any veggies you have on hand; cucumbers, celery, peppers, carrots, sugar snap peas, broccoli, watermelon radish. And of course some crackers because a little bit of carbs never hurt anybody 😉Print
Everything But The Bagel Veggie Platter
1 cup plain greek yogurt
3 tsp dijon
1 tbsp “everything but the bagel seasoning”
1 tsp dill weed
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
veggies for serving of choice; sliced cucumbers, celery sticks, carrots, sugar snow peas, broccoli, radishes, pepper slices
crackers of choice for serving
In a mixing bowl combine the greek yogurt and dijon.
Make sure it’s well combine and add dried dill, dried parsley and everything seasoning.
Mix until smooth and add to a small dip bowl. Sprinkle with 1 more tsp of everything seasoning.
Add to a tray/serving platter with veggies and crackers, serve immediately and enjoy!
