Harissa pasta salad made with a delicious harissa vinaigrette, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, olives and feta!
This delicious pasta salad is my new favorite warm weather side dish! It will be perfect for summer BBQ’s, tailgating, and picnics. The harissa vinaigrette makes it so unique compared to most pasta salads. I used Trader Joe’s brown rice fusilli pasta. However, any type of pasta will work for this pasta salad recipe!

Harissa Pasta Salad
- Yield: 5-6 servings
5 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/3 cup good quality olive oil
3 tbsp harissa paste, or to taste
2 tsp tomato paste
2 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
pinch of dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. brown rice fusilli or pasta of choice, cooked and drained
2-3 Persian cucumbers, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 bell peppers, chopped
1/3 cup olives of choice, sliced
1/2 cup crumbled feta
2 tbsp parsley, chopped, optional
First make the harissa vinaigrette by adding all the ingredients to a jar with a lid. Cover and give it a good shake. Taste and adjust if need be. Harissa paste come in a variety of spices so you might want to add more. I suggest going with the suggested amount and tasting before adding more.
In a large bowl combine pasta, cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, olives, crumbled feta and parsley.
Drizzle with harissa vinaigrette. Toss to fully coat the pasta.
Cover and store in the refrigerator until cold and ready to serve.
