My Favorite’s From Trader Joe’s

If you haven’t figured out by now, I am kind of obsessed with Trader Joe’s. I actually told my husband that my number one requirement when we buy a house is to be at least 10-15 minutes from one. The town I grew up in didn’t have one nearby, but when I moved to Houston a few years ago I quickly became obsessed. Then when my husband and I moved to Lancaster, PA for a bit, there wasn’t one anywhere nearby again .. yeah it was really sad. Now that we’re in Austin I am reunited with my favorite grocery store, so I rounded up some of my favorite products for you guys. I’m not showing most of their produce, because to be quite honest I love it all. Also, not pictured.. their flowers! The flower selection is amazing and SO cheap.

I use blanched almond flour in so many of my recipes!

Perfect addition to salads!

My favorite TJ’s salsa!

Cacao powder is great for baking and adding to smoothies!

This is what I put in my coffee every morning!

Obsessed with this stuff! It’s great for dipping with chips.. and adding to salads and burrito bowls! So tangy.

My favorite dressing! Perfect on salads, burrito bowls, and tacos. The ingredients are also great!

Goes great on Asian inspired salads!

I put 1-2 tsp of maca powder in all of my smoothies – it’s great for hormone balancing, energy and vitality.

These are a great pantry staple. What I use to make energy balls, overnight oats, and my healthy fruit crumbles.

If you like olives, you’ll love this! So good on pita chips, crackers, or cucumber slices.

I put this on toast with sliced tomatoes and everything seasoning.. also good on pasta, zoodles, and spaghetti squash!

Another good salad topper.

I love Trader Joe’s succulents .. and you can’t beat the price!

Great for dipping or adding to Greek dishes!

“Everything but the bagel seasoning” you’ve probably noticed this in a lot of my recipes. I am addicted, and put it on almost everything. AMAZING stuff.

I love having this soup for lunch when I’m having a busy day working/doing school work from home.

Favorite snack/app ever! I put them in a skillet with a tiny bit of oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and just let them blister. They’re also really good with some sweet chili sauce drizzled on top. Super addicting. Warning: every once in a while you’ll get a spicy one.

This stuff goes great on mexican or asian inspired dishes! And just about anything else. It’s got a great flavor, it’s my new sriracha.

I put a little bit of hemp seeds on top of all my smoothies/smoothie bowls! It’s a great source of Omega-3 and it has a bunch of other healthy benefits. Also, it’s much cheaper at Trader Joe’s vs. other stores.

I love this organic red lentil pasta for when i’m having my italian comfort food/pasta cravings. It has 13 grams of protein per serving. I don’t miss real pasta at all when I’m eating this.

This sauce is amazing! I love love love thai food, and this is a great addition to any recipe.

Acai bowls are one of my favorite sweet treats! Although, when you go out they’re usually loaded with sugar and pricey! These have no added sugar, just blend and make your own smoothie or bowl.

I love these “teeny tiny avocados” because as much as I love avocado, I can’t really eat a whole large one on my own. These are the perfect individual size for some avocado toast or sliced on a salad.

These go on almost all of my salads, or I eat them right out the jar …

Frozen coconut chunks or pineapple tidbits are a great additions to smoothies! Or use both and make a pina colada smoothie!

Mashed cauliflower made easy. All natural/minimal ingredients and the perfect side with dinner.

Always a bag of pre-riced cauliflower in my fridge.

I always want to make my own cauliflower crust pizza, but it’s kind of a lot of work. I love having at least one of these cauliflower pizza crusts in my freezer for an easy week night dinner. If you want a crispier crust, leave it in the oven a little longer than it suggests!

When I don’t feel like making my own balsamic glaze, this is my go-to. It’s so delicious and the perfect consistency.

I don’t bake without some organic coconut sugar!

Coconut oil is not only amazing for cooking/baking. But, for our hair…no need to buy fancy, expensive hair masks.. coconut oil has our back ladies (and gents with long hair) !!

I put flaxseed meal in all of my meatball recipes as a substitute for bread crumbs. It’s also great for baking, pancakes, and in smoothies. It’s loaded with fiber and healthy fats.

This chile lime seasoning is my favorite for chicken or shrimp! It has a lot of flavor but is not too spicy.

Water is really the only thing I drink during the day.. I love adding this into my day for a bit of flavor.

Can’t forget the wine!! Yep $1.99 for wine. If you’re a huge wine snob, you probably won’t like this. But, I really do like the cabernet.
