This easy dish using Trader Joe’s caprese ravioli is the perfect meatless meal. All you need is a handful of ingredients to throw it together.
Trader Joe’s has so many amazing ravioli options. Some of my favorites are creamy chicken and poblano, butternut squash, cacio e pepe and the sweet corn burrata and basil ones. However, I had my eyes on these caprese raviolis for a while now. I knew I could make something simple with them and it would still be flavorful and delicious.
All you need for this recipe is a package of the Trader Joe’s caprese ravioli, marinated mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes, balsamic glaze and fresh basil. These ingredients together makes such a fresh summer dish! Also, perfect for when you’re craving something meatless. My husband and I devoured this. The balsamic glaze is an absolute must.

Some of my favorite meals are using just a handful of Trader Joe’s products. They make it easy to make a delicious and simple meal come together so quickly! The raviolis are definitely a great way to do that. However, I also love all of their gnocchi options. The sweet potato gnocchi is my absolute favorite. - Yield: 2–3 servings 1x
Ingredients
1 (8 oz) package of Trader Joe’s caprese ravioli
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
6 oz marinated mozzarella balls
balsamic glaze to taste
fresh basil ribbons to taste
Instructions
Cook raviolis according to the package instructions.
In a large skillet or pan over medium heat add olive oil and cherry tomatoes. Let blister for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet with the tomatoes. Top with the mozzarella balls. You can also spoon on some of the marinade for extra flavor. Cover and let cook for 3-4 minutes. The cheese doesn’t have to be melted but this is to get everything heated.
Top with balsamic glaze and fresh basil, enjoy!
