Air Fryer Honey Mustard Bacon Brussels Sprouts

I have a ton of brussels sprouts recipes. But, I figured one more wouldn’t hurt! They are my favorite vegetable. Also, this time of year they make for the perfect side dish. These air fryer honey mustard bacon Brussels sprouts belong on every holiday dinner table. They’re so quick to make. Plus, using the air fryer gives your oven a little bit of a break. We have enough dishes that need to be made in there!

This side dish needs minimal ingredients. All you need are some fresh Brussels sprouts, bacon, olive oil, dijon, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper! Also, a lot of these ingredients are pantry staples which makes this side dish that much easier.

Air Fryer Honey Mustard Bacon Brussels Sprouts


Ingredients

Scale

1 lb. brussels sprouts, halved and trimmed
2 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped into small pieces
2 tbsp olive oil, divided
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 & 1/2 tbsp dijon
2 & 1/2 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar


Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F.

In a mixing bowl combine brussels sprouts with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix to combine.

Add to air fryer basket and air fry for 6 minutes, toss around and cook 4-6 more minutes or until they are crispy.

Meanwhile in a mixing bowl combine the other tbsp of olive oil, dijon, honey, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt.

Toss brussels sprouts in the honey mustard sauce. Mix in the bacon pieces.

Add back to the air fryer basket and air fry at 400 degrees F for 2-3 minutes or until they are crispy and caramelized.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
