Apple cheddar chicken salad – a bed of romaine topped with chicken, shaved cheddar, apple, pecans, crumbled bacon and a honey dijon dressing!
This salad combination is one of my favorites! It’s like the salad version of my apple cheddar stuffed chicken. The juicy chicken, crisp sliced apple and shaved cheddar go so well together. Then add some pecans and crumbled bacon to give it some crunch!
