These brussel sprouts taste like candy!
I have a serious obsession with brussel sprouts! I’ve been messing around with a few recipes this season. I’ve tried sriracha honey brussel sprouts (recipe is on my instagram @dashofmandi), maple brussel sprouts, and honey mustard brussel sprouts. But, I think this balsamic cranberry recipe might be my favorite. It’s only five ingredients, and the perfect side for the holidays!
Balsamic Cranberry Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. brussel sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
-
Mix your halved brussel sprouts in a bowl with the olive oil. Pour on a baking sheet, and make sure they are in a single layer, then bake for 30-33 minutes.
-
Around half-way through the brussel sprouts bake time, start your balsamic sauce. In a sauce pan combine the balsamic vinegar and honey. Whisk together then bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and let the sauce thicken for about 15 minutes.
-
Once brussel sprouts are done baking, drizzle the balsamic glaze over them, add the dried cranberries and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
