Ingredients

Scale

1 large flatbread, or 2 naan
1 tbsp olive oil
8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
1 yellow peach, pit removed and sliced
2 slices of prosciutto, ripped into small pieces
hot honey to taste
2-3 basil leaves, cut into ribbons


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Place your flatbread on a baking sheet. Drizzle the flatbread with olive oil.

Top with mozzarella, peach slices and prosciutto.

Bake for 9-10 minutes.

Drizzle with desired amount of hot honey and top with basil. Slice and enjoy!
