Brussels sprouts are one of my favorite things to make in the air fryer. They cook so quickly and come out perfectly crispy every time. Also, there are a ton of different ways to make them. These buffalo brussels sprouts are the perfect healthy side dish or snack. I’m always craving buffalo sauce and these definitely hit the spot.

What you need for this recipe:

  • brussels sprouts
  • salt
  • buffalo sauce
  • olive oil
  • honey
  • crumbled gorgonzola
  • green onion

You can use your favorite store bought buffalo sauce for this recipe. I rotate between Sweet Baby Ray’s and Primal Kitchen. Primal Kitchen’s is a great healthy option. However, you cannot go wrong with either of these options.
