Delicious charcuterie pizza – all of the flavors and toppings you love from a classic charcuterie board on fresh baked pizza!
You need this pizza on your next at home pizza night! It has so many good flavors. Some sweet and some savory. But, together they blend so well. I used Trader Joe’s ready to bake pizza dough for this. You can use whatever pizza dough you like! This one made the recipe very easy.
What you will need for this recipe:
- Ready to bake pizza dough
- Trader Joe’s fig butter (or any type of fig butter/jam)
- Goat cheese
- Shredded mozzarella
- Olives of choice
- Prosciutto
- Honey, optional
- Fresh chopped parsley, optional
The fig butter makes this pizza in my opinion. Every bite that had some of it on there was just phenomenal. My husband said this was the best pizza he had in a long time! I’d consider it a part of our dinner rotation after that.
This recipe would be great for at home date night. Pop open a bottle of wine and you have a great combination. It’s also great for parties/get togethers. If you make a few different pizzas (including this one, of course) and gather around to eat, there’s nothing better!

Ingredients
1 lb. ready to bake pizza dough, I used Trader Joe’s
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fig butter
2–3 oz. goat cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup olives of choice, halved
1 oz. prosciutto, cut into small pieces, or more/less to taste
drizzle of honey, optional
fresh chopped parsley for topping, optional
Instructions
Follow prepping instructions on your pizza dough, for this Trader Joe’s one you leave at room temperature for about 20 minutes. I started to pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Once dough has rested, flour your work surface and roll your dough into a pizza.
Transfer to a large lightly oiled baking sheet or hot pizza stone.
Brush olive oil on top of the pizza.
Next evenly spread the fig butter, it’s okay if the whole pizza isn’t covered it’s just so that some of the bites will have it! You can add more to taste if desired.
Next evenly distribute the crumbled goat cheese, mozzarella, olives and prosciutto.
Bake for 7-9 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Drizzle with honey and top with chopped parsley if desired.
Cut into slices and enjoy!
