Air Fried Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives

I know olives are pretty much a hate it or love it thing. And I LOVE them. I eat them right out of the jar regularly. Blue cheese stuffed olives are even better, especially in a bloody mary 😉

I’m always thinking of things I can air fry (click here for my air fryer) so air frying olives seemed to be a no brainer. Better yet blue cheese stuffed olives.

Some of my other favorite air fryer recipes:

Maple bourbon brussels sprouts & squash

Fried pickles

Buffalo chicken meatballs

Crispy brussels sprouts with dijon aioli

Crabcake poppers

I got a big jar of them at Trader Joe’s. However, I noticed most grocery stores carry them – even Target! You could also stuff some jumbo pitted green olives yourself with blue cheese. I’m personally all about the convenience of the pre-stuffed ones.

Blue cheese olives

These go great with some creamy dipping sauce. I paired them with my roasted garlic aioli from this blog post. Good ol’ fashioned ranch would also be delicious!
