These blackberry ricotta flatbreads are the perfect sweet and savory meal or snack! Naan topped with shredded mozzarella, smashed blackberries with balsamic, dollops of ricotta and basil.
I love a good naan recipe! This one is so ideal for summer with the fresh blackberries. Paired with creamy ricotta, you cannot go wrong. This makes for a great meal paired with a salad. However, you can also slice them up and serve them as an appetizer!

1 tbsp olive oil
2.5 cups blackberries
1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar or glaze
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup ricotta
5 basil leaves, sliced into ribbons
drizzle of honey, optional
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Place naan on a large lightly greased baking sheet. Brush the olive oil on each naan.
Sprinkle with mozzarella.
Place blackberries in a jar or bowl and lightly smash them with a muddle or spoon. Add balsamic and mix.
Evenly distribute the blackberry balsamic mixture on each naan.
Add half tablespoon dollops of ricotta on each naan.
Bake for 15-17 minutes, broil for 1 minute.
Remove from the oven and top with basil. Top with a drizzle of honey if desired.
Slice and enjoy!
