These Sonoma chicken salad wraps inspired by Whole Foods are the perfect week day lunch. You can even prep them ahead of time to save yourself some time during the week!
Whenever I go to Whole Foods, I have to get my hands on one of their Sonoma chicken salad wraps. However, I don’t live very close to Whole Foods grocery stores anymore so this doesn’t happen often. I figured I could make a copy cat version. It took a few tries but I think this recipe is pretty close! It’s one of my favorite lunches. I love the sweetness from the grapes and the crunch from the pecans and celery.

Sonoma Chicken Salad Wraps
- Yield: 3–4 servings 1x
1 cup mayonnaise
1 & 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1 & 1/2 tsp dijon
1 – 2 tsp poppy seeds
salt and black pepper to taste
pinch of garlic powder
2 cups rotisserie chicken (or any cooked chicken) cut into small pieces
1 cup red seedless grapes, quartered
3 stalks of celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup pecan pieces
3–4 large wraps, I used Mission’s spinach wraps
In a small or medium mixing bowl combine mayonnaise with apple cider vinegar, honey, dijon, poppy seeds, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl combine chicken, grapes, celery and pecan pieces.
Add mayonnaise mixture and mix well to combine.
Evenly distribute the chicken salad in 3-4 wraps. Fold the wraps like a burrito and slice each on in half. Store in air tight containers in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
