This hot honey prosciutto pizza with burrata, pickled jalapeño slices and fresh basil is the perfect sweet and spicy pizza topping combination!
I’m all for the crazy pizza toppings! Recently I learned a little honey drizzled on pizza is absolutely amazing. However, it does have to be the right kind of pizza. This pizza has an olive oil base followed by some burrata, prosciutto, and pickled jalapeños. So the honey drizzle on top is an absolute perfect touch. However, HOT HONEY is even more perfect. Trader Joe’s new hot honey is one of my favorite condiments. I grab a bottle every time I go because I’m afraid it will be seasonal. It is pretty easy to make your own hot honey. But, this one is convenient and so delicious.

All of the ingredients in this recipe are from Trader Joe’s. However, you can grab these ingredients at any grocery store. I just like the Trader Joe’s products. Pizza dough, prosciutto, burrata, pickled jalapeño slices and basil can obviously be found at most major grocery stores. You can make your own homemade hot honey. I also heard Mike’s hot honey is great.
