There are few things I love more than a good salad. It has to have delicious toppings and a flavorful dressing. This Italian salad with honey mustard dressing checks all the boxes. Also, it’s easy as can be to throw together!

I make a salad almost every night with dinner. I’m always testing out new combinations. The other night I threw this one together and my husband raved about it. So if you have a hard time getting your husband to eat salad. Try this one 😉 I think the salami and mozzarella definitely help.

The dressing just calls for a handful of ingredients. I know a lot of stores sell honey mustard dressing. However, making your own is so easy! Most of time it’s healthier too. All you will need for this one is olive oil, dijon, honey, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
