Delicious sweet and savory pear & caramelized onion pizza with gorgonzola, mozzarella, drizzled honey and chopped parsley.
This is the perfect fall and winter pizza! The sweet pear and honey drizzle go perfectly with the rich gorgonzola and savory caramelized onions. I get my pizza dough at Trader Joe’s. However, you can use whatever pizza dough you like!
The caramelized onions make this pizza. They add the perfect amount of flavor. Click here for the recipe I followed to make mine at home. It says that the balsamic vinegar is optional. But, I would definitely recommend adding it. The balsamic goes great with the pear.

We made this last NIGHT FOR dinner and it is a new favorite. It was quick, easy and incredibly delicious. We baked ours in a 9 x 13 cookie sheet and ended up leaving it in the oven for 15 minutes. great recipe.

I’ve made this pizza a few times with homemade crust and it is now a go-to in my household. I usually have to cook it for longer in my oven but I just take it out when it looks ready and it tastes amazing! Highly recommend trying it with balsamic glaze drizzled on top.
