Crispy air fried lemon pepper shrimp caesar salad with homemade sourdough croutons. This is the ultimate salad and makes for the perfect lunch or dinner.

This may be my new favorite salad to make at home. I’ve been on a huge caesar salad kick lately. I go through phases where I remember how satisfying they are and make them on repeat. However, I usually go for some grilled chicken on top. This time I wanted to try something different. I knew my air fryer lemon pepper shrimp would be the perfect protein topping.
Feel free to use store bought croutons. But, if you have the extra 10-12 minutes to spare try the homemade sourdough croutons. They are super easy to throw together and so delicious. I bake mine since I use my air fryer to make the shrimp for this salad recipe.

The caesar dressing is also very quick and easy to throw together. I went with no anchovies because I find it to be more of a crowd pleaser. It’s simple and minimal ingredients. However, you can always buy your favorite store bought caesar dressing to make it even easier.
