Air Fryer Burger Sliders - Dash Of Mandi

Just because grilling season is over, doesn’t mean you can’t get your burger fix in! I recently made burgers in the air fryer and it’s a complete game changer. First of all, they cook so quickly. Also, they come out absolutely perfect and juicy. I prefer making them small (slider style) because I can fit more in the air fryer this way. I also just love everything in slider version.

If you’re on the hunt for an air fryer I recommend the Crux, the Ninja, and the Philips. I use my air fryer every single day. So, I’d say it’s worth every penny. These air fryer burger sliders are just another reason to love it!

I served these little burgers with lettuce wraps. However, you can use slider buns too! I like adding thin sliced red onion, pickles, sliced tomato, and of course a delicious sauce! I make this copycat “In N Out Burger” sauce all the time! It goes perfect with burgers and is so easy to whip up.

I typically get my ground beef from Butcher Box. It’s grass-fed, high quality and delivered right to my door step! If you’re interested in signing up with Butcher Box – click here to get $30 off your first box!

I’m super excited about this addition to my air fryer recipes! I feel like more and more people are hoping on the air fryer train. So I’ll keep creating more recipes to make this appliance worth the purchase😊 Comment and let me know if you have any requests!

Ingredients

Scale

Burgers

1 lb. ground beef

1 tsp mesquite seasoning, optional

salt and pepper to taste

thin slices of cheddar cheese, optional

romaine or iceberg lettuce cups, or slider buns

Toppings – optional

pickles

tomato slices

thinly sliced red onion

Sauce

1/4 cup mayo

2 tbsp ketchup

3 tbsp dill pickle relish

1 tsp pickle juice

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

First make your sauce by combining all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

In a medium mixing bowl combine ground beef, salt, pepper and mesquite seasoning.

Form into 5-6 mini burgers (the amount of burgers will depend on how big you want them)

Lightly spray air fryer basket and place burgers in the basket. Try not to over crowd them.

Air fry at 370 degrees F for 5 minutes, flip them then cook another 3-4 minutes or until they’re cooked to your liking.

If you’re adding cheese, top each burger with the cheese then close the air fryer basket (while it’s still hot) for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Remove burgers and add to lettuce wraps or slider buns with tomato, onion, pickles and the sauce!

Enjoy!
