This recipe is made with super simple ingredients. All you need is olive oil, onion, garlic, fresh baby spinach, artichokes from a can, mayo (click here for my favorite mayo), plain green yogurt, lemon, grated parmesan, and shredded mozzarella. That’s all you need to make this delicious dip. And of course some chips or celery sticks to serve it with!
With the holiday’s coming up, I know a lot of us have a bunch of parties and events to attend. You never want to show up empty handed. However, with the chaos of the holiday’s it’s hard to find motivation to make something too challenging. That’s why I think dips are one of the best things to bring to a party! They’re always so easy to make and re-heat. Also, they are such a crowd pleaser and always the first thing to get devoured.
